Haley McDonald

Lawyer

Haley qualified as a lawyer in England and obtained her Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Cambridge. Her career began with the Treasury Solicitor’s Dept. where she practiced Administrative and Constitutional Law. Since returning to Canada she practices in Family Law, Wills & Estates, and Refugee Protection.

Haley has successfully represented clients in the Supreme Court and Provincial Court of BC and the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada. She has negotiated complex out-of-court settlements and represented clients in family mediation. Haley prefers a collaborative approach to family law disputes aiming to obtain the best outcome for clients through creative problem-solving and personalized solutions.

Outside of work, Haley is an avid runner and cyclist and enjoys staying active with her family.
