Carraig Law Group serves Litigation & Family Law clients across Downtown Vancouver, the Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island, the Sunshine Coast, and all of B.C.
We practice Litigation, including Family Law, Business Disputes, Sports Law, Insurance Defence, Wills & Estates, Defamation, Judicial Review, Refugee Protection, and Criminal Law. We promote alternative dispute resolution (e.g. mediation) if appropriate, but we are ready for trial.
Carraig lawyers can help prepare key documents such as: Marriage Agreements; Separation Agreements; Desk Order (uncontested) Divorces; Wills; Representation Agreements; and Power of Attorney.
We are located on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of Coast Salish peoples; specifically Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh), and xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) First Nations.
We provide services in Mandarin Chinese and Punjabi.
