Kevin joined the team as an Articled Student in 2023 dealing primarily with general civil litigation, family law, personal injury, and refugee protection. After completing a secondment in Criminal and Administrative law at two Downtown Criminal Law Boutiques, he was called to the Bar in June 2024. He has appeared in the BC Supreme Court and Provincial Court. He has successfully negotiated out-of-court settlements, represented clients in mediated disputes, and takes pride in finding practical solutions to difficult legal issues.

Kevin read law at Queen's University Belfast after completing an undergraduate degree at Western University and studying abroad at Sophia University in Tokyo, Japan. He has volunteered for Access Pro Bono and as a Victims Support Worker in N. Ireland. He is the co-author of “ADR Training: Negotiation and Dispute Resolution Workbook” published in 2022 by the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and Aspen Publishing.
