Rita focuses primarily on Insurance Defence and Family Law. She advises separated spouses on high net worth property division and parental disputes. Born and raised in China, she obtained her Chinese Legal Professional Qualification in 2019. Rita graduated from Osgoode Hall with a Master's in Common Law in 2021 before her call to the Ontario Bar in 2022. After moving to BC in 2023, she worked at a family law boutique before joining Carraig.

Rita has appeared in the BC Supreme Court and Provincial Court. Her cross-cultural background is a unique asset to navigate cultural nuances and legal needs with sensitivity and insight. Rita firmly believes that clients from all walks of life should be equipped with high-quality and cost-effective legal support.

Outside the office, Rita enjoys cooking, exploring new recipes, and preparing delicious meals for family and friends. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
