Rita is a Mandarin Chinese Speaking Family Lawyer and Insurance Defence Lawyer. She advises separated spouses on high net worth property division and parental disputes. Born and raised in China, she obtained her Chinese Legal Professional Qualification in 2019. Rita graduated from Osgoode Hall with a Master's in Common Law in 2021 before entering the Ontario Bar in 2022. After moving to BC in 2023, she worked at a family law boutique before joining Carraig.

Rita has trial experience in the BC Supreme Court. Her cross-cultural background equips her to meet the needs of Mandarin Chinese speaking clients with sensitivity and insight. Rita handles Child Support, Spousal Support, and Property Division cases with skill and empathy.

Outside the office, Rita enjoys cooking, exploring new recipes, and preparing delicious meals for family and friends.
